We have returned to normal hours for both urgent and non-urgent cases during the Covid-19 crisis and are following strict disinfection protocols of the office and treatment rooms between patients for your safety and the safety of our staff.
Do I need a mask?
Please bring a mask to the office . There are situations in the back treatment rooms where the patient wearing a mask is not always practical and treatment may require you to remove your mask, but the doctor and staff will be wearing one and the treatment room you are in will have just been disinfected to make it a safe place where patients are protected from each other.
In the lobby, we are making attempts to have only one patient in the lobby at a time, but in situations where people come early or late, there may occasionally be one other person in the lobby at the same time. Please sit 6 feet away or ask to be placed in a vacant treatment room and have a mask ready to wear for the protection of others in the lobby. We understand some people are more comfortable seeing masks being worn by others, and some others consider it an impediment.
No one enjoys wearing a mask, but since this is a health care office, it is appropriate to have a mask ready to wear in the presence of other patients to ensure the emotional comfort and physical safety of yourself and others.
Please note: If you are in a high risk category, believe you have symptoms, have been exposed to someone with symptoms, or are supposed to be under quarantine, you must reschedule your appointment to protect yourself and others from further spread.
"Dr. Joe Pigg is the best Chiropractor that I have ever been too. After suffering for years with a bad back, I was relieved of pain in just a few visits with him. I continue to go see him for adjustments, just to keep myself in line. ;-) Thanks Dr. Joe!"
